REGISTRATION FEE: $2456US Covers shared accommodation & 3 delicious organic meals a day - primarily vegetarian with occasional fish dinners to suit participants, use of all facilities, guest entertainers, speakers, seminar information, visits to Sacred Sites and transportation from Kona airport to and from retreat. (Does not include air travel to Hawaii)
DEPOSIT of $500US immediately upon registration secures your registration and reserves your place at the retreat. BALANCE due four months prior to retreat date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to limited participants and expenses we incur, no cancellations are accepted and your full fee is non-refundable. You may transfer to another person.
ACCOMMODATION: Shared accommodation. Semi-private and private rooms are based on order of registration.
ARRIVE: By 4:00PM on first day of retreat and leave by 10:00AM on the last day of retreat.
FITNESS AND SWIMMING ABILITY: Everyone is welcome. We discuss individual’s needs and accommodate those that do not know how to swim, have fear of the water, and have never snorkeled before, to experienced scuba divers. Preparations will be made for you in advance. We will be happy to address any of your concerns.
We recommend you plan to arrive a couple of days early to settle in and treat yourself to a few days after the retreat to allow the magic to absorb. We can give you information for accommodation available on the Island.
